Drill Starts F1/F2 Push Pass Behind Net, Play Quick 2v2 @ Net
On whistle D3/D4 Take ice and get a pass from the Coach
D make appropriate Regroup Play to Fs
F1/F2 regroup w D3/D4 , D1/D2 gap up and play 2v2 vs F1/F2

D3/D4 then work back to the net front, where F3/F4 begin next rep with a push pass behind the net
Drill is continuous
