Drill Starts on Initial Dump and becomes continuous
F1 or F2 either
-Rim to the Goalie
-Soft Dump
-Direct at the Goalie
Goalie or D break out F1/F2, who then regroup with D2
D1 Gaps up and plays 2v1 back
D2 backpedals and retrieves F3/F4 dump to start next rep
