1. players line up on goal line and skate forwards to center line and stop, and do crossovers back to blue line players skated past.
2. players skate forwards to other blue line, stop, and do crossovers back to center ice line.
3. players then skate forwards to icing line at far end.
4. players do the drill going back to where they started.

Notes: goalies can shuffle or other side to side movents instead of crossovers.
