F3 starts by skating up to center ice
F1, D1, F2, D2 all start skating together
F2 passes to F3, follows his pass and skates up to the offensive zone
F2 skates up to the offensive zone
D1 and D2 skates straight up, stops and transition backwards to begin defending F1 and F2
F3 takes shot (options to pass to F1 or F2)
All Forwards look for rebound
When drill is done all players wait behind the goal line
