D1 skates around NZ circle and receives pass from F1. D1 skates in on goal and fires puck Then sets to defend net. F1 rushes into zone after pass and tries to get open for pass from coach.

Notes: Both sides going at same time. Defense must work on body positioning and controlling F's stick.
