D starts with puck on the waLL. Take a few strides to take the puck off the wall and take a shot on net. Stop after taking the shot. Turn up ice and gap up to the coach.

Start skating backwards into the zone. Receive a pass from the coach. Pass it back. Receive a second pass and fake a "D to D" pass across the ice. Perform an escape turn to the wall. Take 3 hard strides up ice toward the next D on the line.

Pass it to the D on the line and then set up for the return pass from the D and take another shot.
