Description

Drill can be run in a half ice or full ice scenario.
Set up four lines with pucks at each line.
First player in opposite lines starts skating backwards and "one touch" passes the next player in line. Countinue this to the hash marks where that player will do a hard stop and begin skating forwards while still one touch passing to the first person in line.
Once they reach the blue line, they will enter into the NZ (pivot to always keep the puck in front of you) and then skate forward around the dots. The person in line with the puck will send a cross ice pass to the other line who will one touch pass it (staying onside) to the player skating through the NZ. That player than goes in takes a shot. After the one touch is made, the drill continues from the opposite lines.
This drill is perpetual.

Notes: Ensure the player that enters the neutral zone always keeps the puck in his view and times his receipot of the cross ice pass so they are not ahead or offside before receiving
