(C) dumps puck in. X vs O to retrieve puck. F1 is sitting in the slot to act as F3 in the drill. Whomever (X vs O) gets the puck moves the puck to F1 and becomes the offensive player. Offensive player drives net for tip/scree/rebound of F1's shot. Defensive player boxes out and competes to clear stick/rebound from offensive player. Allow 3-5 seconds for battle to play out in front of net. F1 MUST SHOOT RIGHT AWAY!! Work on one timers/quick release. NO STICKHANDLING!!
