Step 1:
Offence (Black lines):
D1 starts behind net and takes puck (LW takes off as well), gets just past post and passes to LW; LW goes up ice for a 2 on 1;
Defence (purple lines):
At the same time as drill starts, D4 skates to cone, pivtos and it's a 1on1.
Step 2 (orange line):
D1 turns back and picks up new puck; passes to RW, RW skates up ice and with D6 skating to cone and pivoting and then 1 on 1.
Step 3 (grey line):
D1 turns back and picks up a new puck, passes to C, C skates up ice and with D5 skating to cone and pivoting and then 1 on 1.
Step 4:
D1 then pick up last puck and head down for shot on net continue with next group.
