Start by showing zone coverage and the shift inside the defensive zone.
Next have them come to center ice and skate around the face off circle and on whistle whom ever is at the bottom of the circle will skate to their position,1,2,3,4,5.
Then shift to opposite side and watch new positions.
After completed 5 can break out 5 on 0 to opposite end and get shot on goalie.
As that group skates pass center 5 new players can come out to end of the ice they just left.
