Same as the Box Plus 1 drill, players start in position, pass up to half boards, back down low, puck is moved to D1 who takes it to middle of ice. Players will set up in a 1-3-1 position pass puck around till whistle, on whistle one more pass, then shot. Move to far end start again and a new group comes out to work on it in the end the players just left.
