1) X1 skates forward around face off circle towards first cone.
2) Player then pivots to skate backwards around face off circle back toward bottom of circle.
3) Player then pivots to forward and skates toward second cone.
4) Player then pivots and skates backwards around circle back towards bottom of circle.

Notes: - With or without pucks.
- Each player skates 2-3 laps.
