1) Coach's Direction
Player skates full from red line on coach's start. While jumping over pad (NOT BEFORE) coach points with his stick left or right; player must recognize, land in athletic stance, & react to direction. Upon landing player turns direction indicated by coach, tight turns the pad, & picks up spotted puck (NOT TOO EARLY) from 2nd player in line.

2) In Traffic Catch & Shoot
Player skates above tires on a good arc (not too tight to pad) so that (s)he is presenting a good target. Once the player reenters the blue-line, coach can pass to player anywhere inside traffic area. The player must catch puck, minimize stick handling (zero or one quick move) & then push/pull puck to get a shot on net. Then follow rebound EVERY TIME.

3) Jump & Bump Reaction
Player accelerates to elevated pad and jumps over, as player is landing coach or 2nd player in line bumps a puck for player 1 to react to. Player 1 must collect get puck to shooting position quickly & shoot to score.

4) Rebound Scoring
Player 1 tight turns pad & drives net; coach or player 2 bumps pucks off tires as player approaches. Player 1 must react collect rebound & shoot quickly
