1) Place 4 cones on face-off circle.
2) Two players line up opposite of each other.
3) Each player skates forward to first cone and pivots to backward skating.
4) At second cone, player makes outside escape move around the cone.
5) Following outside escape move, player skates forward back to original cone and pivots backwards again.

Notes: - With or without pucks.
- Can run two players at same time.
