- D picks up puck from behind the net, passes to Fwd on the wall, other Fwd takes off from far wall at the same time.
- Fwds, support puck and skate up ice 2 on 0.
- Fwd with puck passes to far D, Fwds then re-group 1 stretch, one low, D can pass to either Fwd to go back 2 on 1 on the original D.
- D who started regroup then retreats to start the sequence over again.
