This is a continuous drill. The drill begins with the pass from the hash marks to a player in the middle on the goal line (indicated by blue passing arrows on diagram). After the pass is made, the player drives to the net and receives a pass back and shoots (give and go). Passer from the goal line should move along goal line with the play, and pass to player driving the net on the forehand. After taking a shot, the shooter skate to the goal line and receives a pass to continue the drill in the same manner.
