This drill runs both ways on whistle, alternating from opposite blue lines. First X in line skates to the red line then passes puck to blue line and drives toward the dot outside the blue line, receives a one-touch pass and skates in for a LOW shot from the top of the circles. Both ways at once. Drill continues on whistle.
