Both wingers break out of the zone on the whistle, once they cross the blue line the winger carrying the puck passes to the other winger and they break in to get a shot on net (the winger that receives the pass can choose to pass or shoot based on what the back checker is doing.

Once the wingers are about to hit the blue line (Or coaches judgement call) the center is set free to chase by skating around the face off circle then charging the wingers attempting to stop them from getting a shot on net.
