D follows play up, going around Center circle and following play up for a shot
Both Sides @ Same time
Part 2- (1v1)
D Same sequence only 1F posts on breakout and sprints length of the ice attacking opposite D who has gaped up 1v1
Part 3-(2v1)
D Same sequence 2Fs sprints length of ice attacking opposite D 2v1
