First pair starts in the corner. The forward carries the puck to the outer cone as the D skates to the inner cone. The forward makes a power turn with the puck around the cone as the D makes a transitional turn around the cone to skate backwards and face the forward one on one. The forward tries to score and the defense tries to stop the forward.
