1st 1v1 F starts off goal line sprints up and curls down wall, point man puts a puck on the yellow for F to retreive and play D 1v1.

2nd 1v1 Coach rims a puck to point man on the yellow. F and D battle net front, Point man walks blue and shoots at net.

3rd 1v1 F flares to corner and gets a puck from the Coach attacks D from opposite end 1v1
