Designate a net that each team attacks ahead of time, lines on red lines.
- 1v1 puck protection battle in the circle - incorporate cutbacks, jab steps, 10/2, knee out, 1 hand on stick, etc.
- 10 seconds, whistle, whoever has puck at whistle then attacks the opposing goalie with pressure from other player.

Can keep score and make it a competition.
