Position Defence at center ice with pucks and forwards in opposite corners.

D takes puck and skates to pylon, D passes puck to Forward in corner and pivots to skate backwards. Forward receives pass and then carries down the ice attempting to beat the D and get a shot on net.

After the shot the D returns to center ice and the forward goes to the opposite corner and repeats against the other D line.

Switch corners at the half way point of the drill.
