Set up as shown and run through basically as illustrated.

Drill has many variations so first few time doing this drill just do it normal, after goalies become familiar with drill have them start on their knees and not allow them up forcing them to move from net to net while on their knees.

Do not allow shooter to take advantage of goalies at first having them take shots but not blistering game type shots, as goalies get better have shooters shoot haver
