- F1 begins by passing to F2 cross ice.
- F2 quickly passes to D1 who is skating Backwards
- D1 makes a D to D pass and D2 makes a quick pass to F1 or F2 in the NZ
- F1 or F2 regroups with D3 and D4 and turn up ice and go 2 on 2 against D1 and D2.

On Whistle F3 starts again the other way
