Skating Drills - 4 Stations - Edges
Description
Station 1:Skate to cones lifting inside leg around cones leaning on inside edge.
Station 2: Skate to cones lifting outside leg around cones leaning on outside edge.
Station 3: Place sticks on the ice. Players conduct backward edge work around stick
Station 4: Start in corner around circle crossovers to left one lap, stop at cone, skate to next cone stop. Repeat going back doing right crossovers.
Notes: Work on increasing speed with each drill.
