F1 starts drill by passing to C, give and go, then back around the pilon for a 1 on 1. D must gap up, goalie be ready for an early shot.
On 2nd whistle, same procession in other end, but the F1 and D1 that went first in the other end will head in to help, the forward back checking defensively. the D joining the rush becomes an offensive player in the other end.

Goalies and D must assess whether it's an 2 on 2 or a 2 on 1, each are played differently.
