Divide players into three groups according to lines. 2D and 3F in each group.

Station 1 - Forecheck

Explain forechecking roles - F1 (Rabbit), F2 (Fox), F3 (Eagle)
Coach with Pucks outside of Blue Line
Coach dumps puck into the corner, strongside winger pressures puck (Rabbit), center supports (Fox) and weakside winger hangs high in the middle (eagle). Forwards try to score against the 2 D

Station 2 - Have players practice shooting against the boards

Station 3 - Line group up in corner with one player in front of goalie. Next in line skates out with a puck and shoots on net. Player in front of net provides screen and looks for a rebound. After the shot screening player goes to the corner and shooting player then screens the goalie.
