- Players start at blue line. One player at a time goes through the 3 sequences below:
1. Grab puck off of the wall and laterally move to center of ice, take a shot.
2. Circle back to wall, grab puck and latterally move to center, take another shot.
3. Drive to goal and receive a pass from coach for a shot.
