Arrange players in 4 groups, one color per group, and have each group start at one of the blueline/board intersections. Have players weave through and back 3 pylons arranged towards center ice. After the weave player goes and takes a shot on net. Note: Try to stagger groups so goalies are only facing one shot at a time.
