The offensive team consists of 4 players (X1, X2, X3 and X4) and the defensive team consists of 2 players (O1 and O2). The offensive players try to score and the defensive players try to clear the puck.

Notes: - Start by teaching concepts with the puck being dumped by the coach and discussing proper positioning.
- Can progress to 4-on-3 and 4-on-4.
