D1/D2 start in front of net. on whistle 1 F1/F3 skate out of corners and battle in front of net for postion.

On whistle 2 coach passes puck to D3 who then passes to D4 for the shot on net. F1/F3 try to tip puck or get rebound while D1/D2 defend.

On 3rd whistle F1 and F3 take off down ice and get a pass from coach. D3/D4 Also take off and defend 2v2 the other way.
