This is a high-speed skating drill. Players leave in groups of three and complete the course at high-speed. There are numerous variations that can be performed.

Notes: - Forward without the puck
- Forward with the puck
- Forwards with pivots to backwards at top of pylons
- Backwards without the puck
- Backwards with pivots to forwards at top of pylons
- Forwards with one leader and two chasers
- Defence backwards with forward chasers
