Drill Diagram

Description

Players start drill as starting points shown and coach pointing to corner with their stick. He points to other corner for players to shift. 2-3 shifts per line.
D-pressure puck when on their side and cover front when it is not. (NEVER leave front uncovered.) / LW RW cover points when puck is on their side and slot when not. / C is between puck and net, passive, to prevent opponent from skating to net.

Notes: Leads into D-Zone cover to Breakout drill.
