Description
1) Tight Turn Left & Right - 2 ea w/out puck & 2 ea w/ puck
* Focus on maintaining speed and accelerate out of turns
2) Fwd to Backward pivots Left & Right - 2 ea w/out puck & 2 ea w/ Puck
* Focus on keeping feet moving with backward crossovers
3) Stops and Starts Left & Right - 2 ea w/out puck & 2 ea w/ Puck
* Crossover and accelerate out of stop
