Description

All skaters start near side blue line. start 4 or 5 at a time with pucks. Skate as shown keeping head up and retaining puck the whole time. Coaches will assist with an optional pass if skater looses puck(Happens often). No Shooting Pucks. Skaters will stage again of opposite blue line and will repeat 4 times alternating backwards skating and forward skating.
Goalies will stretch for upcoming goalie warmup

Notes: Keep the players moving and focused on next drill. No shooting pucks.
