Drill Diagram

Description

A)Reverse Drill. X21 starts w/puck, skates behind net and up to the hashmarks. X9 skates between X21 and the net and yells "reverse". X21 bounce passes the puck behind themselves to X9, who carries it to the corner, who then passes to X15, who then passes to X21 who, after the reverse pass sets up for a quick shot from x15 in the slot.

B)Place a tire at center of circle
Xs are working together, making passes, moving around to try and get O out of position. Xs are trying to hit the tire. O is trying to prevent it. 1 minute shifts. Each time X hits the tire, they get a point, every time O steals a pass, they get a point. Xs cannot go inside the circle, Os cannot skate outside the circle, but can poke their stick outside the circle.

C)Obstacle Course Drill

D)X8 (corner) starts by passing to D1 (blue line) following the puck X8 gets touch pass back from D1 then Passes to D2 (far blue line) and then X1 skates around far cone, setting himself up for a shot from X9. X9 will leave at the same time as X1, but will only go around the first cone, timing the drill. D2 will accept the touch pass from X8 as mentioned before, but then has two options. Option 1) pass to X2, who will then either pass to X1 for a quick shot or shoot and X1 will drive the net for a rebound.
Option 2) shoot for a tip / rebound
Either way passes should be quick and shooting decisions should be quick and both X1 and X2 should drive the net after the shot.
D3 will be in front of the net, and will need to make the decision to take on x8 or x9, but also looking to clear in front of the net.

Goalie Station: Bring marker to make crease.
1st Drill) No shots (yet) Goalie Movement.
On coaches command.
Point left or right with hand - goalie works on 3 shuffles
Coach uses stick to go left and right - goalie t-pushes
Coach slaps stick, goalie butterflies
While goalie is down, coach should then point left or right, goalie will pad slide.
Coach points with stick then slaps on the ice - goalie pad slide

2nd Drill) Set up two pucks. First shot low, then skate to the second puck and shoot high (don't head shot them). Goalie needs to make a butterfly save low on first shot, and then move to second spot and stay "big" and not just dive.
Do this for both sides.
