Coach dumps the puck into the corner. D1 and D2 Skates hard from the blue line. D2 skates to defend the front of the net, while D1 skates to retrieves puck, D1 wheels around the net and passes (in front) of FW player who has left from the blue line for hash marks. Once D1 makes a pass D2 slides over to the circle in case of turnover and D1 now slides in front of the net to defend. Once FW corals pass they skate hard out of the zone and repeat with a new line. Change sides after half of the time allotted.
