Hard Skate to boards at top of circles (ringette line if there is one) and hard stop.

Backwards skate back along ringette line to cone and hard stop.

Scissor Skate to boards at blue line and hard stop. (Goalie does side slides facing far end)

Backwards scissor skate along blue line to cone and hard stop. (Goalie does side slide facing far end.

Hard forward skate to boards at red line and hard stop.

Step Overs facing far end.
