Continuous breakout pass from behind the net to a winger on the boards. Coaches in the offensive zone provide some defensive pressure. Passes should be made in motion as should the pass reception by the winger. Encourage players to change directions (i.e. weave) as they go down the ice.

Notes: Coaches can also provide backchecking pressure to the puck skaters if they aren't skating.
