# I Did Not Receive My Activation Email

If you have not received your account activation email, please check your Spam / Junk Mail folder. If you still have not received the activation email, please contact support via the Help & Support menu. Be sure to include the username of the account you are attempting to activate so we can assist you in a timely fashion.
