Headshots, Logos & Images

Player photos and logos make a lineup sheet look professional. Photos come from your team or saved roster, and you can add a different photo for one sheet.

Turn on headshots

Photos are off by default. Click a forwards, defense or goalie block and turn on Show headshots under Card style. Use Headshot size to make them bigger or smaller. Staff blocks have their own Show headshots switch when Style is Cards.

Where photos come from

  • Teams – the headshot on the player's team profile.
  • Saved rosters – the headshot uploaded in the player window. See Saved Rosters.

A different photo for one sheet

Click the block, then click a player's card and use Upload photo (PNG, JPEG or WebP). The photo is used on this sheet only; the roster keeps its own. Uploading a photo turns on headshots for that block.

  • Hide on this sheet – hides this player's photo here.
  • Use roster photo – goes back to the roster's photo.

Commitment logos

For players committed to a college or team, add a Commitment logo in the saved roster player window. On the sheet, turn on Commitment and Show commitment logo under Card style.

Team and opponent logos

  • The Game header shows your team or roster logo, or one from your logo library.
  • Choose From my logo library to pick a saved logo. Manage your logos under Account → Logos.
  • Add the other team's logo with Opponent logo.

Images and logos anywhere on the page

From the Add tab, add a Logo or Image and place it anywhere, for example a sponsor banner across the top. If the box doesn't match the picture's shape, click Fit box to image under Position & size.

Tips

  • Upload headshots to the team or saved roster once, and every lineup linked to it uses them.
  • Wide banners sit flush at the top of the page once you use Fit box to image.
