Lineups FAQ & Troubleshooting

My players' photos don't show on the sheet.
Headshots are off by default. Click the block and turn on Show headshots under Card style. Players also need a headshot on their team profile or saved roster, or you can upload one for this sheet with Upload photo.

A card says "Not on roster".
That player was removed from the linked team or saved roster. Assign someone else, or type their details in to keep them as a write-in.

I changed a player on my team but the lineup didn't update.
Click the refresh button at the top of the Roster tab, or reload the editor. If the lineup is linked to a saved roster that was imported from a team, it won't update: saved rosters are copies. Link the lineup to the team itself in Page setup.

I changed the roster source and all my players disappeared.
Changing the source unlinks every player because they belong to the old roster. Typed details stay. Use Auto-fill on each block to place players from the new source.

Why can't my viewers download a PDF from the shared link?
The PDF button on a shared lineup is only there when the lineup owner has Premium. Viewers can click Print and choose Save as PDF.

Does sharing a lineup notify my players?
No. Copy the link and send it yourself.

Team stats aren't filling in.
Type them into the Team stats block. The Leaders block and season stat lines on player cards fill in from your team stats when the lineup is linked to a team.

I'm on the Free plan and can't make a new lineup.
Free accounts keep up to 2 lineups. Delete one you don't need, or upgrade to Premium for unlimited lineups. Saved rosters don't count.

I deleted a lineup by mistake.
Contact support within 7 days and we may be able to restore it.

What's the difference between Lineups, Bench Cards and Opponent Lineups?
Lineups are your own game-day sheets. Bench Cards are the sheet you clip to the boards: lines, special teams, a rink to draw on and notes. Opponent Lineups, under Teams, are for scouting the other team.

Can I edit a lineup on my phone?
Yes, but it's tight. A laptop or tablet is easier, and printing works from any device.
