Organizing Lineups: Folders, Tags, Vault & Search

Over a season you'll build a lot of sheets. Search, filters, folders and tags keep them easy to find.

Search and filter

At the top of Lineups:

  • Search lineups… – find a lineup by name.
  • Sort – Last updated, Name or Newest.
  • Folder – a folder, or Unfiled for lineups not in one.
  • Tag – lineups with a tag.
  • Team or Roster – lineups linked to one team or saved roster.

The lineup menu

Click ⋮ on a lineup for: Edit, Print, PDF, Duplicate, Move to folder, Tags, Share, Rename and Delete.

The lineup actions menu

  • Duplicate makes a copy named "(copy)" with sharing off. Great for the next game.
  • Move to folder uses the same folders as the rest of your account. A lineup can be in more than one folder.
  • Tags – pick tags or type to create a new one, for example "Playoffs".

In the Vault

Your lineups also appear in the Vault alongside your plans, drills and playbooks. From the Vault you can open, print, move to folders and mark favorites.

  • Favorites are set in the Vault.
  • If you share a Vault folder, lineups in it are only included when their own share link is on.

Deleting a lineup

Choose Delete from the menu and confirm. The lineup is removed and its share link stops working. On the Free plan, this frees up a spot right away.

Tips

  • Name lineups with the date and opponent, like "Oct 18 vs Eagles", so search finds them.
  • Make a folder per season and a tag for tournaments or playoffs.
  • Deleted a lineup by mistake? Contact support within 7 days and we may be able to restore it.
