# Collaborating on a Plan with Other Coaches

Invite your assistant coaches to view or edit your practice plans. Everyone works from the same plan, so there's no emailing copies back and forth.

Collaboration is a Premium feature. You and every coach you invite need a Premium subscription.

## Open the Collaboration Tab

Open your plan and click **Edit**, then go to the **Collaboration** tab. Save a new plan once before you invite anyone.

**Current Collaborators** lists everyone on the plan. A clock icon means they haven't accepted yet.

## Invite a Coach

1. Type the coach's HockeyShare **username** in **Search Users by Username**. Coaches you've shared with before show under **Recently Shared With**. Click a name to fill it in.
2. Choose a **Permission Level** (see below).
3. Click **Send Invitation**.

**Permission levels:**

- **View Only** – they can view, print, email and download the plan as a PDF.
- **Edit Access** – they can also change plan details, add or remove drills and change the template.

You can add up to 10 collaborators per plan and send up to 25 invitations a day.

## Accepting an Invitation

The coach you invite sees the plan in their **My Plans** with **Accept** and **Decline** buttons. Once they accept, the plan stays in their My Plans. Use the **Only Collab** filter to see just the plans other coaches have shared with you.

## Who Can Do What

- Only you, the owner, can delete the plan or manage collaborators.
- If two coaches edit at the same time, changes save automatically and conflicts are handled for you.

## Remove a Collaborator

Open the **Collaboration** tab and click remove next to the coach in **Current Collaborators**. Their access ends right away. To take back an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet, click cancel next to it.

To remove everyone from several plans at once, select the plans in **My Plans** and choose **Share → Remove All Collaborators**.

## Tips

- Give assistant coaches **Edit Access** and anyone just reviewing the plan **View Only**.
- To add the same coaches to many plans, select the plans in My Plans and use **Share → Add Collaborators**.
