# Custom Logos on Plans

Put your team or club logo at the top of your practice plans. Upload a logo once and use it on any plan, drill or report.

## Upload Your Logos

Go to **Plans → Custom Logos** (or **My Account → Custom Logos**).

1. Choose a **PNG or JPG** file (up to 5MB).
2. Give it a **Name** (optional), such as "Team Primary".
3. Click **Upload**.

Logos are scanned after upload, so it may take a moment for a new logo to appear.

Each logo has buttons to:

- **Set as default** (star) – your default logo is used when a plan doesn't pick a specific one.
- **Rename** (pencil)
- **Delete** (trash can) – this also removes the logo from any plans using it.

## Pick a Logo for a Plan

On the **Plan Details** step, choose a logo under **Logo**, or **No Logo**.

The logo shows at the top of the plan, the printed plan, the PDF and share links.

## Change the Logo on Many Plans

In **My Plans**, select the plans, then choose **Organize → Set Logo**. Pick a logo (or **No Logo**) and click **Set Logo**.

## Set a Default Logo for New Plans

Go to **Plans → Plan Defaults** and pick a logo under **Branding**. Every new plan starts with that logo.

## Tips

- Use a logo with a transparent or white background. It looks cleaner on printed plans.
- Wide logos fit the plan header best.
- Coach more than one team? Upload each team's logo and name them clearly so they're easy to pick.
