Recovering Deleted Plans

Recovering Deleted Plans

Deleted a plan you didn't mean to? Deleted plans stay in your Trash for 7 days, so you have time to get them back.

Open Your Trash

Go to Plans → My Plans and click Trash at the top of the page. The number on the button shows how many plans are in your Trash.

My Practice Plans header with the Trash button

Restore a Plan

Each plan shows when it was deleted and when it Expires (7 days later). Use Search deleted plans to find one fast.

  • Click the restore arrow to put the plan back in My Plans.
  • To restore several at once, check the boxes next to them and click Restore Plans.

Confirm with Restore Plan. The plan goes back to My Plans with its drills, lines, tags and folders.

Delete a Plan Permanently

Click the red ✕ to delete a plan right away. This can't be undone.

After a plan is permanently deleted, or after its 7 days run out, it's gone for good. Our support staff can't recover it.

Tips

  • Not sure you'll need a plan again? Archive it instead of deleting it. Archived plans never expire.
  • Check the Expires date. Restore anything you need before then.
