Customizing Your Team Page

Customizing Your Team Page

You can rename, reorder or hide the sections on your team page, add your own text, images and videos, and choose the logo at the top.

Step 1 — Open the editor

Go to Team Sharing and click Customize Page.

Step 2 — Pick a logo

Under Page Logo, choose Default branding or one of your custom logos. Upload new logos under My Account → Custom Logos. The logo saves as soon as you pick it.

Step 3 — Arrange the page

Page Layout lists every block on your page from top to bottom.

  • Drag a block, or use the up and down arrows, to move it.
  • Click a section to give it your own title, for example "This Week's Practices" instead of "Practice Plans".
  • Delete a block you don't want. You have a few seconds to click Undo.

Each content section can only be on the page once:

  • Practice Plans
  • Drills
  • Playbooks
  • Team Vault
  • Schedule
  • Video Clips

Removing a section only hides it. The items in it stay shared until you un-share them.

Step 4 — Add your own blocks

Click Add block to add:

  • Text, Heading and Subheading
  • Callout – a highlighted note, good for reminders
  • Two columns
  • Image – paste an image link
  • Link and YouTube
  • Divider
  • Collection – a set of drills and plans you've grouped together

Anyone who can open your team page can open every drill and plan in a collection you add.

Step 5 — Save

Click Save. Changes are live right away. Use View page to check them.

Tips

  • Put a Callout at the top for this week's news, like a schedule change or a jersey reminder.
  • Empty sections are hidden automatically, so you don't need to remove a section just because there's nothing in it yet.
  • If you add a Schedule feed, the Schedule section is added for you.
