# For Players & Parents: Joining and Viewing a Team Page

Your coach uses HockeyShare to share practice plans, drills, playbooks, videos and the team schedule. Here's how to get in and find it again.

## If your coach sent a password

1. Open the link from your coach.
2. Enter the password under **Team Sharing Password** and click **Authenticate**.

You don't need a HockeyShare account. If you've forgotten the password, ask your coach. HockeyShare support can't reset team page passwords.

## If your coach sent an invite

1. Click **Accept Invitation** in the email, or open the invite link your coach posted.
2. Sign in to HockeyShare. If you don't have an account, click to register, confirm your email, then open the invite link again.
3. Click **Accept Invitation**.

You go straight to the team page. Invites from email expire after 7 days. If yours says it's invalid, ask your coach to send a new one.

## Finding the page later

- Bookmark the link.
- When you're signed in, go to **My Account** and look under **My Memberships → Team Share**.

Pages you've opened recently also show under **Shared with you**.

## Using the page

- **Practice Plans** show on a calendar. Use **List** to see them as a list, and **Today** to jump back to this week.
- Click any drill, plan or playbook to open it. Everything is view-only.
- **Video Clips** play on the page. Comments you leave are private between you and your coach.
- **Schedule** shows upcoming games and practices from your team's calendar.

## Good to Know

- If you see **Members Only**, you're signed in to an account that isn't on the member list. Sign in to the account that accepted the invite, or ask your coach for a new invite.
- If your coach removes you, the page stops opening for you right away.
- To leave a team page, click **Leave Team Page** at the top of the page, or the **×** next to it under **My Memberships**. You'll need a new invite to come back.

## Tips

- Players and parents can each have their own account. Ask your coach for an invite for each one.
- Can't find a plan your coach mentioned? It may not be shared yet. Check back, or ask your coach.
