Nothing shows on your team page until you share it. Each drill, plan, playbook, vault item and clip has its own Team Share switch, so you decide exactly what your team sees.
Drills
In Drills → My Drills, open a drill's menu and choose Team Share. To share several at once, tick them and use Team Share in the bulk bar. To share new drills automatically, tick Team Share — show new drills on your Team Sharing page in Drills → Settings.

Practice Plans
In the plan builder, open the sharing settings and tick Make available on team sharing page. From Plans → My Plans you can also tick several plans and choose Team Share Settings. Shared plans show a share icon on their card.
Your team page opens plans through their share link, so turning on Team Share also turns the plan's share link on (and clears an expiration date that has already passed). If a plan's expiration date passes later, it drops off the team page and shows a Not on team page badge in My Plans.

Playbooks
In Playbooks, open a playbook's menu and choose Team Share. Team Share needs the playbook's share link, so turning it on also makes the playbook viewable by link. Turning the share link off later removes the playbook from your team page.

Vault
In your Vault, open an item's or folder's menu and choose Team Share. It shows in the Team Vault section.

Video Clips
Open a clip and click Team Share…. If you use Member Access, you can choose who sees it:
- Everyone on the team – new members see it too.
- Only selected members – tick the players who should see it. New members won't see it until you add them.
Clips play right on your team page. Members can leave a comment that only you can see, and you can reply.
Removing content
Use Team Un-Share on any item to take it off the page right away. To clear everything at once, go to Team Sharing → Un-share All Content. Your link, password and members stay the same.
Tips
- Share the week's practice plans on Sunday night so players can look at the drills before they get on the ice.
- Use Vault links for the team handbook, tournament info and parent forms.
- Un-sharing an item doesn't delete it. You can share it again any time.
